Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by Payza Express Innovation ("Payza", "we", "us"), whether via our website, WhatsApp interface, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Payza provides hyper-local logistics and delivery services in Zambia. We connect users with independent delivery "Champions". We offer standard deliveries, SME subscription plans, and the "Milk Run" cost-sharing service for bulk goods.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete pickup and delivery information.
  • Ensure that items for delivery are legally permissible under Zambian law.
  • Be available at the designated pickup/delivery location or provide a reliable contact.
  • Pay the agreed-upon fees via Mobile Money or Cash on Delivery where applicable.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited for delivery:

  • Illegal drugs and substances.
  • Firearms, explosives, and weapons.
  • Hazardous materials or toxic chemicals.
  • Extremely fragile items not properly packaged.
  • Live animals.

5. Limitation of Liability

Payza acts as a facilitator for logistics services. While we strive for 100% reliability, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, lost packages (beyond our standard insurance coverage), or Champion conduct. Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged item is capped at the declared value or K500, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance was purchased.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lusaka, Zambia.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
