Our support team will process your request within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our active databases.
Note: Some information may be retained for a period of time as required by Zambian financial regulations (e.g., transaction records for Mobile Money audits) or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or preventing fraud.
